Mr. Ashby is an associate in our San Diego office devoted to providing the best possible legal representation. Prior to joining Dietz, Gilmor & Associates in San Diego, he practiced workers' compensation defense in Orange County. He has experience handling a wide variety of workers' compensation cases including extensive handling of CIGA matters and claims filed by former professional athletes.
