Mr. Diaz deLeon is an associate attorney in the Ontario office. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a Workers’ Compensation claims examiner and hearing representative for eight years. He was also a hearing representative for Cal Comp/Superior National and later for Travelers Insurance for approximately seven years.

Mr. Diaz deLeon’s work as a hearing representative inspired him to attend law school while continuing to work full time. In law school, he was a member of the law review and won honors in the Hispanic National Bar Association moot court competition and was class valedictorian at the University of Las Vegas School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree with dual majors in Economics and Psychology.
