Ms. Cohen is an associate attorney in the Ontario office having practiced workers’ compensation for more than 10 years. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Cohen served as a Senior Associate involved in training new associates in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense as well as having provided training seminars and guidance to both associates and clients in the areas of ratings, lien handling, ADA/FEHA litigation and implementation of SB 899.

Ms. Cohen managed various aspects of CIGA claims as well as Public Safety personnel with a high rate of successful settlements and trials.
