Michael Pantig

Mr. Pantig is an associate attorney at the Ontario office of Dietz, Gilmor & Associates. He has litigated and settled cases in both Southern and Northern California. Mr. Pantig is particularly adept with legal research and writing legal briefs and petitions. He has successfully appealed a workers’ compensation case to the California Court of Appeals which then overturned the Appeals Board’s decision in favor of his client. He then successfully argued that the California Supreme Court should deny opposing counsel’s request for review. The Appellate Court’s decision was then published, thereby outlining the limits of employer liability as to injuries sustained during business trips.
