Lupe Carrasco graduated from University of California Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1998. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2003 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2004.
Mr. Carrasco is a member of the State Bar of California and has spent his entire legal career in the workers’ compensation area of law. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a legal assistant in a workers’ compensation defense firm.
Mr. Carrasco has practiced law as an associate attorney in Santa Ana and Riverside, California. In 2009 he joined Dietz, Gilmor & Associates’ Ontario office, bringing an extensive background in workers’ compensation and Labor Code Section 132a claims.
In 2012 Mr. Carrasco accepted the position of managing attorney with Dietz, Gilmor & Chazen in Sacramento, California. He takes pride in the service he provides his clients, emphasizing client contact and cost-efficient strategies in resolving cases.
