Ms. Miller, the Managing Attorney of our Ontario, California office, has been practicing Workers’ Compensation defense law for over a decade. She is committed to providing clients with expert legal services and successful outcomes. In addition, she is actively involved in conducting client seminars and workshops.

Ms. Miller is a very technical attorney and specializes in complex litigation as well as aggressive and creative handling of the more routine workers’ compensation cases. She has expertise in the employment law area and consults and advises employers in employment law matters, including FEHA, ADA and Wage and Hour matters.

In her free time, she raises, breeds and shows miniature horses, and is an avid gardener of roses. She has been an equestrian all her life, and has shown horses under saddle, in hand and driving. The competitive spirit in the show ring is brought to the practice of law and the court room.
