Mr. Hawkins serves as an associate attorney in the Long Beach office Dietz, Gilmor & Associates.  He has represented insured and self-insured employers and their carriers in the defense of matters before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board throughout the state.  Mr. Hawkins has also defended matters in both State and Federal Courts, and has taken three civil trials to verdict.  He has also represented clients in hundreds of arbitrations and mediations.  Mr. Hawkins has served as an associate attorney in the Southern California area over the last ten years.
