Mr. Chazen is the newest partner for Dietz, Gilmor & Associates. He is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation with over 20 years of experience in handling high exposure and complex cases. He has been specially designated to provide representation for many large national insureds. With more than 100 trials in Workers’ Compensation, he is an aggressive litigator who handles cases with enthusiasm and attentiveness.

As managing attorney for Liberty Mutual for 11 years, he established, developed and managed the Workers’ Compensation law division in San Diego. He also was a faculty member of their national attorney development program where he trained attorneys in trial advocacy, litigation skills and Workers’ Compensation.
